WELCOME TO THE 2026
GRAND JUNCTION AIR SHOW!
The Grand Junction Air Show Committee, along with the Grand Junction Regional Airport and the Grand Junction Police Department, will do everything to ensure that your time at the 2026 Air Show is safe, enjoyable, and memorable! Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure you have the best experience possible.
We need your cooperation in keeping potentially dangerous items outside the Air Show gates. As you enter the Air Show, ALL BAGS and PURSES will be searched regardless of size. Clear bags are highly encouraged. All individuals are subject to search prior to entering the Air Show as well.
**IMPORTANT CHANGE FOR 2026**
THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC PARKING AVAILABLE ON SITE AT THE AIRPORT.
All spectators will need to take the provided shuttle service from the various parking locations.

Saturday, October 3: 8:30am-5:00pm
Sunday, October 4: 8:30am-5:00pm

Unattended bags and packages will be removed from the premises
Sun protection, including hats, long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and sunscreen, is recommended
Special care should be taken with young children and infants with respect to heat and sun
Wear comfortable footwear; the Air Show area is paved, and you may walk long distances
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS THAT WILL BE CLEARLY MARKED.
VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM SHOW GROUNDS

The following items are permitted at the Air Show.
All permitted items are subject to inspection prior to admission to the Air Show.
It is strongly recommended that spectators minimize the number and size of permitted items to reduce access time into the Air Show area.
ATTENDEES WILL BE RIDING SHUTTLES TO THE SHOW WITH MINIMAL SPACE; ALL ITEMS MUST BE HELD ON YOUR LAP.
Standard backpacks
Cell phones
Cameras and camcorders
Water in factory-sealed containers and empty reusable bottles
Folding chairs and wagons
Handheld umbrellas, small handheld fans or misters
Foldable strollers and baby diaper bags, if attending with an infant or small child

NO FIREARMS/WEAPONS/GUNS (Including ammunition)
NO SHARP OBJECTS (including pocket knives, scissors, screwdrivers, etc.)
NO EXPLOSIVES/FLAMMABLE MATERIALS (including fireworks)
NO DISABLING CHEMICALS (including mace, pepper spray, etc.)
NO CLUB-LIKE ITEMS (baseball bats, Billy clubs, etc.)
NO TOOLS (Hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)
NO GLASS BOTTLES (Empty water bottles or sealed (unopened) plastic water bottles permitted)
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
NO COOLERS (small coolers for medications, special needs allowed)
NO OUTSIDE FOOD ITEMS
NO PETS (Certified Service animals only)
ALL BAGS AND PERSONS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH TO TSA STANDARDS FOR AIRPORTS.
