VOLUNTEERS

  • Yes! Volunteers are an important part of making the air show successful, and we welcome individuals and groups to get involved.

  • Volunteer applications will be open on July 1 and notified in August.

  • Volunteers' roles will be displayed on July 1.

  • Volunteers under the age of 18 will require a parent/guardian waiver and will need to work under an adult while volunteering.


  • Yes, all volunteers must complete a waiver before participating.

MEDIA

  • Media members must apply for credentials through our official media application process, which opens July 1.


  • Yes. All media must be approved and credentialed in advance to access designated media areas.

  • We welcome photographers, videographers, reporters, and content creators covering aviation, community events, and regional interest stories.

  • Yes, applications must be submitted by September 19.


  • Approved media may receive access to designated viewing areas.

VENDORS

  • Vendors must complete an application form available on our website.


  • We accept retail vendors, exhibitors, and nonprofit organizations. Food Vendor applications are now closed.

  • Yes, multiple booth sizes are available depending on your needs.

  • Yes, nonprofit vendors may be eligible for discounted rates.

  • Please indicate your preference in your application.

  • Yes, applications must be submitted by July 15 and will be notified if selected by July 31.

PARKING & ACCESSABILITY

  • Parking and shuttle details will be released on our website as soon as they are finalized. Please check back regularly for updates.


  • Yes, shuttle services will be provided from designated parking locations to the event site.

  • No. There will be no public parking available on-site at the airport for the 2026 Air Show. All spectators must use the official shuttle system.

  • Yes, designated ADA parking will be available. ADA-accessible shuttles will also be provided.

  • We are working to ensure accessible pathways, seating areas, and transportation options throughout the event.

  • We are prioritizing convenience and accessibility by minimizing distances wherever possible. Final maps and exact distances will be shared once logistics are confirmed.

  • Spectators are responsible for their own seating in General Admission. Reserve seating and VIP have provided seating. 

  • Yes, accessible restrooms and food vendor areas will be on site.

OTHER

  •  There will be various planes, helicopters, cars event booths, and experiences for all ages.

  • See our Spectator page for permitted and prohibited items.

  • You should give yourself an extra half hour to make sure you don’t miss your flight, i.e. if the airport recommends you be there an hour before your flight, then make sure you are an hour and a half early.
